Pooki Club Terms and Conditions — Know Before You Play

1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and Pooki Club ("Pooki", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Pooki platform — including the website, mobile site, and any associated applications — you agree to these Terms in full.

These Terms apply to all users of Pooki, including visitors who browse without registering and registered players who deposit and play. Using Pooki in any capacity means you accept these Terms. If you are unsure about any part of these Terms, please contact our support team before proceeding.

Pooki reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of Pooki after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2 Eligibility

To register and play on Pooki, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gaming under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly prohibited by law.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or entity when registering or playing.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or close family member of a Pooki employee in a role that could create a conflict of interest.

Pooki reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. If a player is found to be under 18 years of age, their account will be closed immediately, all winnings will be forfeited, and any deposits will be returned minus any amounts already wagered.

3 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold only one account on Pooki. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or using different contact details — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, all accounts may be suspended and balances forfeited.

When registering on Pooki, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes your real name, date of birth, phone number, and any other details requested during the registration process. Providing false or misleading information is a breach of these Terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Pooki account credentials. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify Pooki support immediately.

Pooki may require identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals or at any point during your use of the platform. Verification documents may include a national ID, passport, or other government-issued identification. Failure to complete verification when requested may result in withdrawal delays or account restrictions.

4 Deposits

Pooki accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka only. Supported deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. Deposits are credited to your Pooki balance promptly after confirmation from the payment provider.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply and are displayed in the Pooki cashier at the time of deposit. These limits may vary by payment method and may be adjusted by Pooki from time to time.

Pooki does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. The payment method used for deposit must belong to the registered account holder. Deposits made from accounts belonging to other individuals will be reversed and may result in account suspension.

Pooki does not charge fees on deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees. Pooki is not responsible for any fees charged by third-party payment providers.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests on Pooki are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. Withdrawals are paid in Bangladeshi Taka. Pooki aims to process withdrawal requests within the same business day, though processing times may vary depending on the payment method and verification status of the account.

Before a withdrawal can be processed, the following conditions must be met:

• Your account must be fully verified with valid identity documentation.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be completed or the bonus must be forfeited before withdrawal.
• The withdrawal amount must meet the minimum withdrawal threshold displayed in the Pooki cashier.
• There must be no active investigation or security review on your account.

Pooki reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing large withdrawals. This is a standard anti-fraud measure and is not an indication of any wrongdoing on the part of the player.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

Pooki offers bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each offer. By claiming a bonus, you agree to the terms of that specific promotion in addition to these general Terms.

General bonus rules that apply across all Pooki promotions include:

• Bonuses are available to registered players who meet the eligibility criteria stated in each promotion.
• All bonuses carry wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.

7 Gameplay Rules

All games available on Pooki operate using certified random number generation systems. Game outcomes are determined by these systems and are not influenced by Pooki or any third party. The house edge built into each game is disclosed in the game information and represents the mathematical advantage of the platform over time.

In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, Pooki will make reasonable efforts to resolve the situation fairly. If a game round cannot be completed due to a technical issue, the wager for that round will be returned to the player's balance. Pooki's decision in such matters is final.

Players are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection when playing. Pooki is not liable for losses resulting from connection issues on the player's side.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on Pooki and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account on Pooki.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tools to interact with Pooki games or systems.
• Attempting to exploit bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in Pooki's platform or games.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Using Pooki for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal means.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing Pooki staff or other players.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.

Pooki actively monitors for prohibited conduct and cooperates with law enforcement agencies where required. Players who engage in prohibited conduct waive any right to funds held in their account at the time of suspension.

9 Privacy and Data

Pooki uses your personal data to operate your account, process transactions, verify your identity, provide customer support, and comply with legal obligations. Pooki does not sell your personal data to third parties.

11 Account Termination

You may close your Pooki account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining real money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to verification requirements being met. Bonus balances are forfeited upon account closure.

Pooki reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, including but not limited to cases where:

• A player has breached these Terms or any specific promotion terms.
• Fraudulent, illegal, or suspicious activity is detected on the account.
• A player is found to be ineligible to hold an account on Pooki.
• A player has requested self-exclusion through Pooki's responsible gaming tools.

In cases of account closure due to a breach of Terms, Pooki reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where fraud or illegal activity is confirmed, balances may be forfeited in full.

12 Limitation of Liability

Pooki provides its platform on an "as is" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the platform is available and functioning correctly at all times, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pooki's liability to any player is limited to the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Pooki is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses of any kind.

Pooki is not responsible for losses resulting from a player's failure to comply with these Terms, from technical issues on the player's device or network, or from events outside Pooki's reasonable control.

13 Changes to These Terms
